By virtue of powers vested by Section 3 "A" of the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451) as amended by Acts No. 13 of 1966, No. 56 of 1979, No. 13 of 1982. No. 84 of 1988, No. 23 of 1995 and No. 65 of 2009, I. Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Minister of Environment, by this Order declares the Ohiya Forest of 1242.272 Hectares bounded by the limit set forth in the Schedules hereto as Ohiya Conservation Forest from 31st day of December, 2012.
