By virtue of powers vested by Section 3 of the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451) as amended by Acts, No. 13 of 1966, No. 56 of 1979, No. 13 of 1982, No. 84 of 1988, No. 23 of 1995 and No. 65 of 2009, I, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Minister of Environment by this Order declares the Padaviya Forest of 48,151 Hectares bounded by the limit set forth in the schedules hereto as Padaviya Reserved Forest from 9 February 2013.
