By virtue of powers vested by Section 3 of the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451) as amended by Acts, No. 13 of 1966, No. 56 of 1979, No. 13 of 1982, No. 84 of 1988, No. 23 of 1995 and No. 65 of 2009, I. Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Minister of Environment by this Order declare the Palagala Forest of 34.246 Hectares bounded limit set forth in the schedule hereto as Palagala Reserved Forest from 31st day of December, 2012.
