By virtue of powers vested by Section 3 of the Forest Conservation Ordinance (Chapter 451) as amended by Acts, No. 13 of 1966, No. 56 of 1979, No. 13 of 1982, No. 84 of 1988, No. 23 of 1995 and No. 65 of 2009, I. Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Minister of Environment by this Order declares the Ussettewa Forest of 68.6814 Hectares bounded by the limit set forth in the schedules hereto as Ussettewa Reserved Forest from 31st day of December, 2012.
