The Order makes amendments to Order No. 370 by adding article 19a – with regard to the reduction of annual subsidy for wetland areas to 0 DKK/hectares which are entitled to the subsidy pursuant to applications submitted to the Danish AgriFish Agency on 1 February 2013 or later (1); of buffer zone areas in the period from the commitment beginning until the deadline for submission of application for single payment in the calendar year in which the expiration of commitment year (2).
