This Order, consisting of 3 articles and 1 Annex, approves the veterinary and food safety norms on certain contaminants in foodstuff of animal and non-animal products, as provided in Annex, which is published subsequently in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, No. 1056 bis. The National Sanitary Veterinary and Food Safety Authority, in cooperation with the competent authorities involved, stipulated in Law no. 150/2004 on food safety, amended by Law no. 412/2004, are in charge of controlling
