This Order approves the Regulation on financial assistance for fisheries modernisation (Programme MARE). The aim of the aforementioned Regulation (divided in 17 articles and 4 annexes) is to issue incentives for the improvement and modernisation of fishing vessels (including technology and equipment) in compliance with the MARE - Programme for the Sustainable Development of Fishing Sector.
