This Order approves the Regulation on financial assistance for fishing vessel immobilization or for other assignment in a third country (Programme MARE). The aim of the aforementioned Regulation (divided in 18 articles and 4 annexes) is to issue incentives for the retirement of fishing vessels for the aforementioned reasons, in compliance with the MARE - Programme for the Sustainable Development of Fishing Sector.
