This Order approves the Regulation on financial assistance for the constitution of joint ventures (Programme MARE). The aim of the aforementioned Regulation (divided in 17 articles and 3 annexes) is to issue incentives for the aforementioned purposes, in compliance with the MARE - Programme for the Sustainable Development of Fishing Sector. It establishes the requirements to be satisfied by these joint ventures in order to obtain incentives.
