This Order, composed of 12 articles, introduces adjustments on the application of some actions and sub actions foreseen in the AGRIS measure, with the aim of clarifying some uncertainties occurred in the application of AGRIS regional operational programmes. In particular, the Order amends: (1) art. 8 of Order No. 1109-E/2000; (2) articles No. 1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 11, 16 and 17 of the Regulation implementing Sub action No. 3.1 of AGRIS Measure approved in the Order No. 1109-G/2000; (3) articles 1, 4, 5
