The Order provides guidelines on measures for preventing, identifying and regulating salmonellosis in poultry. It also lays down rules for the detection of Campylobacter in broilers. The document does not include measures for infections with Salmonella Gallinarum and Salmonella Pullorum (fowl typhoid). Tests and inspections shall follow protocols implemented in adherence to EU regulations and listed in the document's Appendices.
