This Order establishes a financial assistance in order to reduce pesticide pollution - Measure 8 of Programme 'AGRO'. This Regulation establishes the financial assistance regime to be applied in order to avoid environmental pollution caused by pesticide production and use. The incentives' are issued in order to control and manage pesticide residues and to guarantee the preservation of human health and environment. Requirements for obtaining these incentives are specified in the text.
