Order No. 111 approving the Regulation of the Commissions for Seeds and Moults (CSM’s).

This Order is composed of two articles and one Annex. It approves the Regulation of the Commissions for Seeds and Moults (CSM’s), introduced by Law No. 10.711 of 2003 and further regulated by Decree No. 5.153 of 2004 with the aim supporting the Ministry for Agriculture in implementing the National System for Seeds and Moults (SNSM). The annexed Regulation, structured in five Chapters, defines Commissions’ functions, competences and internal structure.
