This Order sets regulations on poultry breeding for human consumption and the registration with the Danish Poultry Council and the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries for commercial purposes. Any commercial registered entity shall be subject to inspection for Salmonella and duly notified. Antimicrobials should not be used as a method for control of Salmonella and vaccination may not be administered for the prevention and control of Salmonella.
