This Order approves the Regulation for the admission and marketing of propagative materials of Stone pine (Pinus pinea L.). The Regulation consists of 3 articles and 1 annex establishing requirements and conditions to be met for the admission of propagative materials to be placed on the market. The seed and plant selection criteria must consider minimum quality standards (specified in the text).
