This Order shall not be applicable to endangered species covered by CITES Convention. This Order establishes the modalities of issuance of permits for import and export of endangered animal species (except for fishes and other aquatic animals), parts and derivates thereof by Forestry and Hunting Committee and its territorial bodies. Natural and legal persons shall submit application containing the following data: (a) purpose of import and export; (b) animal species with name specified in Russian
