This Order implements the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). It regulates the issuance and the registration of export and import authorization of sturgeon species, sturgeon fish products, including caviar, and also amendment, suspension and cancellation of the aforesaid authorization.
