The Ministry orders to validate the form of sanitary certification for the means of transport used for the processing, storage, transportation and trade of foodstuffs, potable water and in public municipal and communal services. This Order establishes that the State Committee of Sanitary and Epidemiological Survey and its territorial (local) branches are entitled to issue sanitary certificates.
