This Order amends Order No. 89/2013 on quota restrictions in 2013 for sardine fishing (Scomber scombrus). It regulates the use of the Portuguese quota (not yet attributed), according to Decision No. 3051/2013, and Order No. 89/2013, amending quota to be attributed to Portuguese fleet in 2013 for sardine fishing for a maximum allowed quota of 3.868 tons from 1 January to 30 June 2013 for sardine fish species.
