This Order approves the red list of wild flora and fauna, as specified in Annexes 1 and 2. The Threat Statute for Wild Flora and Fauna Species is prepared upon the International Union for Conservation of Nature classification and is attached to Annex 3. The Department of Forestry and Biodiversity, the National Environmental Agency, and the Environment Inspection Department is responsible for the enforcement of these provisions.
