This Order establishes a special examination session to obtain a hunting license. The season is open to all those able to prove their unability to read or write.The exam is composed of a theoretical or/and theoretical-practical exam.Those who fail the exam may retry after paying a fee and applying for a re-examination 15 days afterwards.
