This order validates General Fisheries Regulation that establishes common fisheries rules for each waterbody. It regulates fisheries in the inland waters, including internal sea, territorial sea, continental shelf, EEZ of the Russian Federation, and also in the Sea of Azov and in the Caspian Sea. This General Fisheries Regulation shall not be applicable to the fisheries for scientific research purposes.
