Regional Forestry Institutions must ratify this Regulation and implement it within their jurisdiction. The Regulation consists of 4 Sections and contains 1 Annex. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 regards organization of the proceedings regarding seed control. Section 3 delimits the competence of the experts of the Research and Production Centre of Forest Seeds and of zone forest seed experiment stations.
