This Order regulates elver fishing for 2000-2001. It consists of 7 articles and 1 annex establishing the maximum number of fishing licences to be issued (260). The season for elver fishing ends on 15 March 2001. Elver fishing is authorized only by the traditional fishing gear called "rapeta", as well known as: «peneira», «peneiro» or «capinete».
