Order No. 135 of the Ministry of Natural Resources regarding the infringement of the Russian Legislation in the field of the protection of the sources of the potable water supplies.

The Minister orders to the heads of the territorial (local) branches of the Ministry, of Basin Water Institutions, of the Department of Natural Resources within the Ministry to provide ,within their competence, for: 1) the strict observance of the water and land legislation; and 2) in instituting civil proceedings for the infringers of the water and land legislation be guided by the respective legislation.
