The purpose of this Order is to improve the structure of management and conservation of public water. This Order decrees to redesignate the Department of Water Uses of the Krasnodar water supply reservoir as Federal State Agency "Krasnodar water supply reservoir". The director of Federal State Agency "Krasnodar water supply reservoir" is compelled to forward the Statute of the enterprise and to pass the state registration in accordance with the current legislation.
