The present Regulation is the common compulsory document regulating catch of aquatic biological resources (fishes, mammals, invertebrates and plants) in the Sea of Azov and in the Gulf of Kerch by natural and legal persons and ensuring protection of aquatic biological resources and their natural habitats.
