Order No. 1421/2006 regulating production and commercialization of bivalve molluscs.

This Order, composed of 10 articles, regulates production and commercialization of living bivalve molluscs and other marine species. In particular, the Decree regulates registry requirements and control procedures over the production areas. The Order compels the National Institute for Agrarian Research and Fisheries (INIAP) to perform a classification of production areas.
