The Regulation is composed of 3 Sections. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 establishes the main tasks and functions of the National centre. Section 3 establishes the rights and the duties of the National centre. The main functions of the National centre are supervision and control over fishing vessels for the purpose of ensuring common informational support and mutual exchange of information between the Federal executive bodies concerned in the sphere of protection of aquati
