This Order sets out rules for regular inspection of professional pesticide application equipment (sprayers). The Order does NOT apply to tanks with a volume of 25 liters or less and tanks for forestry pesticide spraying machines. Owners of spraying equipment shall ensure that their spraying equipment is approved following inspection within the required time limits- All spraying equipment purchased prior to 26 November 2016 shall not be used after 26 November 2016, unless otherwise authorized.
