This Order establishes the modalities of supervision by the authorized state central environmental audit body and its territorial branches over the activity of the officials of local self-government in the sphere of state environmental audit. The Ministry of Environmental Protection and its territorial bodies shall be the authorized state institution carrying out coordination of all environmental audit and ecological expertise on the national territory.
