Revision of main felling record shall be carried out by forestry organizations or forest institution with a view of timely assessment of felling areas in order to verify compliance with rules on trade of standing timber. Representatives of forestry organizations or forest institution carrying out revision of main felling record must have: (a) felling contract for each cutting area subject to revision; (b) data of aerial photography; (c) recording card; and (d) information of previously detected
