This Order establishes that management and disposal of solid and liquid domestic waste shall be carried out in accordance with contracts concluded by contractor and customer (condominium). The aforesaid contract shall envisage the rights and the duties of the Parties, rate of accumulation of waste, periodicity of waste transportation and disposal, costs and expiry date of the contract.
