Order No. 184 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the list of diseases for which animals or animal products may be expropriated.

This Order validates the list of diseases in the presence of which animals or animal products may be expropriated. It also specifies that diseases not yet diagnosed on the territory of the Russian Federation shall be included in the list. Citizens and legal persons shall have the right to compensation for animals or animal products expropriated in order to prevent the spread of dangerous animal diseases.
