This Order establishes that the territorial branches of the Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service shall carry out the following functions: (a) to carry out the state supervision over fisheries and conservation of biological diversity within the areas under their jurisdiction; (b) to suspend or cancel fishing permits in case of violation of the fisheries regulations; (c) to issue and register fishing permits.
