The present Order establishes the appropriate rules related to artisanal fishing to be carried out by means of authorized fishing gear, underwater hunting and fishnets in waterbodies approved by the Ministry and also in waterbodies granted on lease.The list of waterbodies shall be authorized for artisanal fishing with the use of fishnets once in five years, and for underwater hunting and catch of aquatic invertebrates for personal consumption annually.
