Order No. 188 of the Committee on supervision over manufacturing and trade of spirits validating the Regulation of certification of processing facilities.

This Order establishes basic requirements for processing of spirits. Certificate must contain the following data: (a) name of the producer; (b) date of issuance of state registration certificate; (c) address, location and identification data of the producer; and (d) product assortment. Technological scheme must contain the following information: (a) water softening method; (b) method of preparation of alcohol water mixtures; and (c) bottling.
