The heads of the District Forestry Institutions must be guided in their activity by this Regulation regarding the functioning of the forestries of the Federal Forest Service and other specialised forestry institutions, and provide for its strict observance. The Regulation establishes that forestry, forestry technical secondary school, experimental forestry and other specialised forestry institutions
