This Order establishes the modalities of carrying out open tenders for the making of contracts for the allocation of the fishing areas for coastal fisheries of the Pacific salmon. The tender can regard more than one fishing area in which case each fishing area shall represent a separate lot. Federal Fisheries Agency shall be the institution authorized to call for tender.
