This Order regards validation of the projects of main use felling and forest management, organization of hunting, recreation, tourism and sport on the plots of forest allocated on lease. Main use felling, timber extraction and forest management projects shall be elaborated by the state forest service subordinated to the Federal Forest Agency. The project shall be returned to the lessee after the validation by the Federal Forest Agency, its regional branches or by the regional executive bodies.
