State forestry institution “Belgosles” shall be the authorized body entitled with the task of the examination of the applications, registration and issuing forestry licences. Directors of forestries, forest officers and other forest officials shall be prohibited to issue any timber extraction and soft resin collection authorization in the absence of forestry licence authorizing the aforesaid activities. Wood ticket must contain the number and the date of issue of forestry licence.
