This Order approves the Regulation for financial assistance to agricultural sector. It consists of 7 chapters and 5 Annexes establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from financial assistance according to EC Council Regulation No. 950/97 of 20 May, concerning the improvement of agricultural equipment and infrastructure. Annexes specifies geographical less-favoured areas which may request incentives for the aforesaid purpose.
