This Order contains the totality of compulsory rules and technical conditions for production, virological testing, quality certification and trade of planting material of fruit species. Technical rules and regulations shall have the scope: (a) to enforce legislation on plant production; (b) to supply the producers of fruits and berries with sound planting material; (c) to conserve precious characteristics of species; and (d) to ensure compliance of planting material with national and internation
