This Order sets rules on the regulation for connecting and transferring surplus electricity sold from renewable energy and not owned by a utility company. The Order does NOT apply to renewable energy plants trading with the public, nor to plants producing heat. The Order does not regulate technical regulations and /or permits for the construction, installation and connection of a renewable energy.
