This Order amends Order No. 64/99 (on financial measures to be issued to support system for arable farmers). Two articles establishing that, due to different irrigation conditions and to a less water resources, amend the time limits and terms for oleaginous plant set-aside in 50 percent for the whole land surface. Set-aside is allowed only for those lands preparing a following plant cultivation.
