This Order creates the multimunicipal system for the collection, separation and treatment of urban solid residues within the 'Alto Tâmega' area in the Municipalities of: 'Boticas, Chaves, Montalegre, Ribeira de Pena, Valpaços and Vila Pouca de Aguiar'. It consists of 12 articles and 1 annex approving the Regulation (divided into 4 chapters) on the management and exploitation of the aforementioned activity.
