Order No. 23-A/99 amending Order No. 57/98 regulating the SIPESCA.

This Order amends articles 4, 5, 7, 8 and 10 of Order No. 57/98 approving the Regulation of the SIPESCA (System for issuing Incentives to Fisheries sector for 1998-1999). These articles concern the issuing of incentives for: the substitution or achievement of fishing gear, particularly motor-powered engines, etc. Terms and conditions for obtaining the aforesaid incentives are specified in the text.
