Order No. 23 of the Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service regarding the issuance of fishing permits.

This Order establishes that fishing permits in the territorial sea of the Russian Federation, and also fishing permits for research, educational, stock enhancement, acclimatization and other purposes within the fishing areas covered by the international conventions shall be issued by the regional branch of the Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service.
