This Order regulates dam construction. It consists of 4 chapters establishing all the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform the aforementioned activity according to the Regulation for Dam Safety (RSB), approved by Decree-Law No. 11/90 of 6 January. It includes standards, procedures and requirements for the construction, operation, maintenance and protection of dams.
