The purpose of this Order is to improve the structure of management and conservation of public water. This Order decrees to redesignate the Kuban water and waterworks institution as the Kuban water institution with the status of inter-regional territorial branch of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation and to abstract from it chemical research laboratory, water monitoring unit and Krasnodar department of water uses.
